The afternoon will include moving together, observation practice, networking with other movers, socializing and snacking. What better way to start off you year?

Bring:

Your non-Movement Analyst friends and family. Everyone will get a taste of LBMS — and each other’s preferences and recipes!
An LBMS-based movement snippet to share – your favorite warm-up, an activity you love to do, or something you’re intrigued to explore (5 minutes absolute max, briefer is better)
Cookies or other snacks to swap
$5 suggested contribution to help us pay rental on the space (but please come even if you con’t contribute)
